Some of our apps allow you to take or select photos for AI-powered analysis. These images are collected solely for the purpose of providing analysis results and are processed as described in the "Third-Party AI Processing" section below. Photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for long-term storage.

Analysis Parameters

When using analysis features, certain contextual information you provide within the app (such as your selected analysis type and any relevant options) may be sent alongside your photo to improve the accuracy of the results.

  • Google Analytics: Both our website and mobile apps use Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and gather insights into how our services are used.

Device Information

Third-Party AI Processing

Some of our apps use Google Gemini AI (provided by Google LLC) to analyze photos you submit. This section explains what data is shared, how it is shared, and what protections are in place.

What Data Is Sent

When you use a photo analysis feature, the following data is transmitted to Google Gemini AI via our secure server infrastructure (Google Firebase Cloud Functions):

  • Your photo — the image you capture or select, compressed and encoded for transmission
  • Analysis type — the kind of analysis you are requesting
  • Language/locale — your device language, so results are returned in your preferred language
  • User-provided parameters — any additional options or settings you select within the app to refine the analysis

Who Receives the Data

Your data is sent to Google Gemini AI, a service operated by Google LLC, through Google Firebase Cloud Functions, which acts as a secure intermediary. No other third parties receive your photo or analysis data.

How Your Data Is Protected

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Photos are not stored on our servers — they are sent for real-time processing and discarded after the analysis is complete.
  • Google Gemini AI processes the data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Google Cloud's Data Processing Terms. Google does not use data submitted through the API to train its AI models.

Your Consent

Before any photo or data is sent to Google Gemini AI, the app explicitly asks for your consent. A consent dialog is presented the first time you use an analysis feature, clearly informing you that:

  • Your photo will be sent for analysis
  • The photo is processed by Google Gemini AI

You must accept this consent before any data is transmitted. You can revoke or re-grant your consent at any time through the Settings screen in the app. If you revoke consent, no further data will be sent to the AI service until you re-enable it.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. However, some of our apps may share certain data with trusted third-party providers to enable core functionality:

  • Google Gemini AI (Google LLC): To analyze user-submitted photos and provide results. See the "Third-Party AI Processing" section above for full details.
  • Google AdMob: To deliver advertisements within some of our mobile apps.
  • Google Analytics: To gather insights into user behavior and app performance.

Your Rights and Choices

  • AI Data Consent: You can grant or revoke consent for AI photo analysis at any time in the app's Settings. When consent is revoked, no photos or data are sent to the AI service.
  • Edit Your Information: You can update your account details directly within the mobile apps at any time.
  • Delete Your Account: Users can delete their accounts and all associated data either through the mobile apps or by submitting a request via the contact form on our website.
  • Opt-Out of Ads: Where applicable, you can opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your device settings.

All data transmitted to third-party services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS/HTTPS). Our services are intended for general audiences and are not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
