  • Deleting Your Account: Users may delete their accounts via the mobile apps or by submitting a request through the contact form on our website.
  • Responsibility for Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Note: Some of our apps do not require you to create an account and do not collect any personal data. For these apps, account deletion or subscription cancellation requests are not applicable, as no user account or data is stored.

Refund Policy

Google Play Store Apps

For apps distributed through the Google Play Store, subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled exclusively through Google Play.

Refund eligibility for Google Play Store apps is limited to:

  • Accidental charges, and
  • The most recent billing period, if the subscription was not used intentionally.

Past subscription periods or previously used services are not eligible for refunds, as access to the full app features has already been provided.

All refund requests for Google Play Store apps are reviewed individually and processed only for transactions still refundable through Google Play's "Order Management" system.

Apple App Store Apps

For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled exclusively through Apple's refund system and are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, and trademarks on our website and within our mobile apps are the intellectual property of Red Papaya Studio unless otherwise specified. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Papaya Studio will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
